2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Self-Service Cancellation: Log in to your account, navigate to the Billing section in your dashboard, and select "Cancel Subscription." Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
- Email Request: Send an email to hi@nexus-v.tech with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request" and include your account information.
- Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team through the Contact Us page, and a representative will assist you with the cancellation process.
2.2 Cancellation Effects
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to all subscription features until the end of the current billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
- Any unused API calls or credits will expire at the end of the current billing period.
- After the current billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier with its associated limitations.
2.3 Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions are set to automatically renew by default. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel it before the next billing date. You can find your next billing date in the Billing section of your dashboard.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Service Unavailability: If our services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly charged or billed multiple times for the same subscription period, you are eligible for a refund of the incorrect or duplicate charges.
3.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:
- After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
- For partial or unused subscription periods after the initial 14 days (we do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations mid-billing cycle).
- If the account has violated our Terms of Service.
- For unused API calls or credits that expire at the end of a billing period.
- If you have already received a refund for a previous subscription period.
3.3 How to Request a Refund

We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. Promotional Credits and Free Trials
4.1 Promotional Credits
Promotional credits or discounts applied to your account:
- Cannot be converted to cash or refunded.
- Are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other accounts.
- May have specific expiration dates as communicated at the time they are issued.
- May have specific usage limitations or restrictions as communicated at the time they are issued.
4.2 Free Trials
If you sign up for a free trial:
- You will not be charged during the free trial period.
- Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- You may cancel at any time during the free trial period without charge.
- We may require payment information to set up the free trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
5. Plan Downgrades and Changes
If you downgrade your subscription plan:
- The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period.
- No refund will be issued for the difference between the higher and lower-priced plans for the current billing period.
- Any unused API calls or credits from the higher tier will not transfer to the lower tier and will expire at the end of the current billing period.
6. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service:
- You will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
- Any unused subscription time, API calls, or credits will be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to refuse future service to accounts that have been terminated for violations.
